Since we would all like to pass our ITIL exam, I created this blog to help members of the group digest the information leading up to test day. Anyone interested in participating in the group is welcomed to post their content or make comments.

Starting today, I will post my notes from each of the 7 chapters of my ITIL Study Guide. I will also post daily Test Questions, Key Terms, and Important Concepts.
